Ocotalito features a method of vacation home acquisition called fractional ownership. Fractional ownership affords you all of the benefits of traditional vacation home ownership without the high cost of acquisition and ongoing financial responsibilities. You simply pay for the six week fractions that suit you and you can sell or transfer your interest exactly as you would with any other real estate holding.

Sound Good? It is… but it gets even better. We take our mission of absolutely exceeding our guest’s expectations and apply it to the owner’s experience as well. When you aren’t using your villa our rental manager handles all facets of marketing, managing and the renting of your villa. And all regular operating costs regarding your villa are paid for out of the management company’s portion of the rental income. The only other costs you’ll face are for a fraction of the property tax and any long distance phone costs incurred when you are using your villa.

Your fraction is automatically included in the Ocotalito rental program when you aren’t using it, thereby earning you a rental income and eliminating all expenses associated with maintaining and managing your villa.
