Limited Edition Riviera 33' yacht. Built especially for Ocotalito Resort
& Spa, and equally capable of sportfishing or cruising, this luxuriousely
appointed yacht won the coveted 2005 cruiser of the year award.
Ocotalito offers six week fractional ownership of this beautiful yacht which corresponds to your villa fraction. You will receive a calendar designating your weeks in your closing package.
- All boats are completely outfitted to include:
- Rod and reels: one Penn International 130, two Penn International 80s, two International 50s, and two International 30s
- Tackle: assorted lures, pliers, knives, hooks, line, fighting belts, gaffs and miscellaneous equipment
- Dingy: seven foot Mercury hard bottom with a 3.5 horse power Johnson two stroke motor
- Full set of Raytheon electronics, radar, color fish finder, plotter, and GPS
- Port, starboard and center riggers
- Fighting chair
Annual operating costs for the first 3 years are paid for equally by partners with an initial investment of $94,000 each. The fee includes: moorings, haul out, bottom paint, oil and filter change, mechanical servicing, repairs and cleaning supplies, all labor, full time captain and mate, insurance, extended warranties on hull and engines, and management fees.
At the end of three years, the owner has the right to continue the program or sell their rights. The profit will be divided between the 8 owners.
